This Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage role is critical in overseeing all aspects of our diverse food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, capable of inspiring a large team and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. CTC upto 24L.
- Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service, and catering operations.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring cost control, revenue generation, and profitability targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining impeccable standards across all F&B areas.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously refine and improve F&B offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create exciting menus, promotions, and dining experiences.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of guest loyalty.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the hotel's overall operations.
