Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, coding exercises, lab assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging classroom, hybrid, or online training sessions to a diverse group of learners ranging from beginners to IT professionals.
- Skill Enhancement: Teach Python fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), and database connectivity (SQL, MongoDB).
- Performance Evaluation: Assess trainees' progress through regular tests, mock interviews, and code reviews; provide constructive feedback.
- Career Mentorship: Guide learners through interview preparation, resume building, and live project walk-throughs to ensure job readiness.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on coding experience in Python and related ecosystems (Data Science with NumPy/Pandas, or Web Development with Django/Flask).
- Experience: 2 to 10+ years of combined industry experience and technical training/mentorship.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to break down complex programming logic into simple, understandable concepts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
