Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Onboarding Executive who can manage the employee onboarding process smoothly and ensure a positive joining experience for new hires. The candidate should have good communication skills, hands-on experience with HRMS portals, background verification (BGV/BGC), and working knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with candidates for document collection and joining formalities.
- Manage background verification (BGV/BGC) processes and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and update data on HRMS portals.
- Prepare onboarding reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth employee joining.
- Address employee queries related to onboarding and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with company onboarding procedures and documentation.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of HRMS portals and onboarding tools.
- Experience in handling BGV/BGC processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Qualification
- Masters ’s degree in HR, Master’s Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
