Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage Time Office activities, HR Operations, and Administration functions. The role involves attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee records management, statutory compliance support, and day-to-day administrative coordination to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Time Office Management
- Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and overtime records.
- Monitor biometric attendance system and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Manage leave records, gate passes, and employee movement registers.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower attendance and shift planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to working hours and attendance.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.
- Support payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, etc.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support statutory compliance documentation like PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor records.
3. Administration
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen coordination.
- Handle office administration and vendor coordination.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and asset records.
- Ensure workplace discipline and general administrative support.
- Coordinate maintenance and facility-related activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Time Office, or Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing/plant environment preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
