Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, growth-oriented, and aggressive Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Hyderabad to drive lead generation and early-stage pipeline growth for ATS Akademia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate training sales and experience working with L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for corporate upskilling and training opportunities across industries.
- Build connections with L&D heads, HR leaders, and training decision-makers to uncover training needs.
- Initiate contact via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other outbound techniques.
- Book qualified meetings/demos for the sales team and ensure seamless handoff.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs on outreach, meetings booked, and lead conversions.
- Log interactions, manage lead status, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor training trends, competition, and industry movement in the L&D and EdTech space.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar SDR role — preferably in corporate training, EdTech, IT services, or L&D environments.
- Proven experience in generating and nurturing leads specifically for corporate training programs.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, persistent, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
