Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager
Our growing company is looking to fulfill the position Area Manager
· Represent company in the local market, build company profile with key local influences
· Build and maintain a high quality team
· Develop robust knowledge of all products / services.
· Plan & complete Field Marketing after conducting preliminary research.
· Identifying prospective clients and working on them.
· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
· Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns.
· Attend Requirement Meeting
· Handling the customer queries and resolving quickly and efficiently
· Ability to work well under pressure, often having to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and higher management.
· Strong leadership and management skills to direct and supervise the activities of multiple staffs within an organization.
· Desired Candidate Profile
o Experience - Minimum of 3 Years
o Functional Area - Customer Success, Service & Operations
o Employment Type Full Time, Permanent
o Education: Any Graduate (Marketing)
o Languages:- English & Tamil (Mandatory), Knowledge of Hindi – Carries weightage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
