Job Title: Outbound Telecaller (Telugu)
Location: Hyderabad
Salary:₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift: 10-Hour Shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telecaller fluent in Telugu to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and support business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products and services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups where required. Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Address customer queries and provide relevant information. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
Requirements: Fluency in Telugu with strong verbal communication skills. Confident and persuasive communication style. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Previous tele calling or customer service experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.
