Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor product inventory and coordinate stock updates.
- Process customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Track orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Monitor product performance and support promotional activities.
- Prepare basic reports on sales, inventory, and account performance.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, sorting).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills..
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
