Back Office Executive – Collections & Supply Chain
Industry: Iron & Steel
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai
We are looking for a Back Office Executive with experience in customer collections and supply chain coordination, preferably from the Iron & Steel / Metal Trading / Distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and collections through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouses, Suppliers and Transporters for order execution and timely dispatch.
- Track material dispatch, vehicle movement and delivery status.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payment-related queries.
- Maintain collection, dispatch and delivery records and prepare MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation including Invoice, LR, E-Way Bill, etc.
- Proactively follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, telephone follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; Tally/ERP knowledge preferred.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
Qualification: Graduate – B.Com / BBA / Any relevant qualification.
Preferred Experience: Candidates from Iron & Steel, Steel Trading, Steel Distribution or Metal Industry will be preferred.
CTC: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
