Glen Traffic (Dispatcher)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Traffic Management team. In this role, you will coordinate and monitor field crews, manage real-time traffic control operations, and ensure safe, efficient workflows across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates clearly under pressure.
Dispatchers Responsibilities:
- Schedule, dispatch, and track crews, vehicles, and equipment across multiple job sites.
- Monitor operations in real time and adjust resources as needed.
- Communicate clearly with field personnel, supervisors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, equipment, and daily activities.
- Respond promptly to urgent requests, incidents, or schedule changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and company standards.
- Use dispatch software, GPS, and communication tools to optimize operations.
- Support staffing and equipment planning with supervisors.
- Make quick, effective decisions under pressure while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Work in accordance with all applicable health and safety laws and company safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (Required).
- Proficient in spoken and written English (Required).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills on system.
- Flexible with work schedules and shift timings.
Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)
Working hours: Rotational shifts with complete flexibility to work across different schedules as per business requirements.
Weekly Rotational Shifts – IST: (Which is mandatory)
- Morning Shift: 05:30 AM – 01:30 PM
· Afternoon Shift: 01:30 PM – 09:30 PM
· Graveyard Shift: 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
