Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for Disploy across both the Indian and USA markets. You'll own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and play a key role in expanding our client base across industry verticals in both geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for Disploy's digital signage solutions across India and the USA markets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through outbound and inbound channels in both regions
- Own the sales pipeline end-to-end: discovery calls, product demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Navigate time-zone coordination to effectively engage USA-based prospects and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across both markets
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and messaging tailored to each region
- Track sales metrics and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams based on client conversations from both markets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions
- Prior experience selling into international markets (USA experience a strong plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
