Founder's Associate Intern
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office + On-ground when required)
At SoundSync, we're building a platform and community for musicians while helping venues, corporates, and organisers discover and book live artists.
We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and working across different aspects of an early-stage startup. You'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to business development, marketing, operations, partnerships, and product execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the founder in day-to-day business operations
- Assist with corporate, venue, and partnership outreach
- Make calls and follow up with leads
- Coordinate with artists, venues, and organisers
- Manage marketing initiatives and social media execution
- Create and coordinate content across platforms
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist in planning and executing events
- Coordinate with the product and design team when required
- Help improve internal processes and documentation
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
