Job Overview
We are a growing family-owned construction company based in Karnal, Haryana, working on residential, commercial, showroom, and government projects. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, coordinating teams, solving problems, and taking ownership of project execution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
- Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed on site.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain site records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors as required.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices and site management.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with residential, commercial, showrooms, or government projects.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation and material management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and labour teams.
