Job description: Admin & HR Executive/ Senior Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Administration Functions
· Acting as the administrative point of contact between the Employees and internal/external clients.
· Office upkeeping and maintenance.
· Procure Housekeeping and Stationery supplies as required.
· Coordinate for office IT related procurements/ Service of IT assets/ Maintenance and MIS reports to Management.
· Manage Petty cash expenses and maintain reports
· Coordinate for ID cards/ Visiting cards and other printing stationery.
· Arrange and Coordinate for inhouse Events (Festivals & other celebrations)
Human Resource Operations Functions
· Organizing and maintaining personnel records
· Issue Employee letters – Offer/ Salary revision/ Exit/ Other relevant letters.
· Coordinate for Entire life cycle of the Recruitment process.
· Coordinate with Hiring Consultants/ Social sites like LinkedIn and others for Hiring requirements.
· Coordinate with Internal Panel for scheduling interviews with Candidates
· Coordinate with Management for Selected Candidates offer and onboarding process.
· Coordinate with Accounts team for monthly attendance input in Payroll process.
· Liaison with Statutory bodies as per Management directions.
· Coordinate with Insurance Company for Group Medical Insurance and Group Personal Insurance activities.
Skills and competencies needed
o Self-managed and ability to learn and adapt
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Computer literacy (MS Office applications – Email, Word, XL)
o Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
o Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Good to Have
o Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
o Preferably from a Software or related Industry
o Basic knowledge of Labor laws
Education
· Any Graduate – Additional qualification in HR related course or Certification will be a plus.
Experience
· 3 to 5 years
