Key Responsibilities
Student Mentorship: Advise students on program requirements, career planning, and study habits to help them achieve academic excellence.
Admissions & Enrolment: For corporate or ed-tech roles, handle inquiries, conduct demo sessions, and guide prospective students through enrollment processes.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate student progress, analyze performance issues, and identify at-risk students who need extra support.Workshops & Seminars: Organize sessions on time management, career planning, and exam preparation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with faculty, parents, and administrators to address behavioral or academic challenges.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of student interactions, academic plans, and application progress etc .
Preferred qualification
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a closely related field.
Experience: Previous background in student advising, teaching, or B2C/B2B sales and customer service (particularly for ed-tech roles).Freshers also can apply
Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
