POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an innovative Automation Solution Architect to join our pre-sales and solutioning team. This role focuses on designing intelligent automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and business transformation for prospective and existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design end-to-end Automation solutions tailored to client business needs and operational efficiency goals
Develop technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution blueprints for RPA, Intelligent Automation, and Hyperautomation initiatives
Collaborate with sales teams to translate complex client requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade automation architectures
Create compelling proof-of-concepts demonstrating process automation, AI/ML integration, and workflow orchestration capabilities
Provide thought leadership on emerging automation technologies and industry trends
Conduct process discovery and assessment workshops to identify automation opportunities
Design automation CoE (Center of Excellence) operating models and governance frameworks
Develop ROI models and business case justifications for automation investments
Architect integrated automation solutions combining RPA, AI/ML, and low-code platforms
Design process mining and task mining strategies for continuous improvement
Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
15+ years of experience in process automation and intelligent automation
Deep expertise in RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
Strong knowledge of low-code automation platforms: Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems
Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools: Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, ABBYY Timeline
Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions
Experience with AI/ML integration for cognitive automation (NLP, Computer Vision, ML models)
Knowledge of workflow orchestration and BPM tools
Understanding of Hyperautomation concepts and enterprise automation strategies
Experience in building business cases and ROI models for automation initiatives
Excellent client-facing and consultative selling skills
Strong presentation and communication abilities
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
RPA certifications required: UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master Certified, Blue Prism Developer
AI/ML certifications a plus
