About the Role
SR Oil Speciality PVT LTD is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assistant(Freshers) to join our production and quality control team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our oil and lubricant products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our customers.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a science or engineering graduate looking to start a career in industrial quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling & Testing: Assist in collecting samples from raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for laboratory analysis.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test results, batch reports, and quality logs in compliance with company standards.
- Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of packaging, labeling, and seals to ensure product integrity.
- Compliance: Support the Quality Manager in maintaining ISO standards and safety protocols within the laboratory and plant.
- Equipment Maintenance: Help in the basic calibration and upkeep of lab instruments (viscometers, flashpoint testers, etc.).
- Reporting: Promptly report any deviations or quality issues to the senior supervisor to ensure immediate corrective action.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: B.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers Welcome: No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor inconsistencies in data or product appearance.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Excel and Word for data entry.
- Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn industrial processes.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the production team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
