Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist in payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee-related matters professionally.
- Knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+years of experience in HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
Job Details & Benefits
- Location: Current Mode: Hybrid / Work from Home (WFH) until December. Post-December, the workspace will shift permanently to the office in Magarpatta, Pune.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
