We are seeking a highly articulate, presentation-driven Senior Sales Executive / Relationship Manager with a strong background in luxury furniture and premium interior setups. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-net-worth clients (HNIs), architects, and our production capabilities. A mandatory requirement for this role is the technical ability to accurately read, interpret, and explain technical interior production drawings to ensure flawless execution of custom furniture orders.
Key Responsibilities1. High-End Sales & Client Consultation
- Engage with walk-in HNIs, corporate clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their luxury furniture requirements.
- Present and pitch premium furniture collections, customized modular setups, and bespoke interior solutions with a consultative approach.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
2. Technical Blueprint Analysis
- Review, analyze, and interpret interior production drawings (AutoCAD layouts, section details, joinery details, and material specifications).
- Coordinate between the client/architect and the internal production/design team to ensure dimensions, finishes, and technical constraints are perfectly aligned before manufacturing.
- Identify potential structural or design conflicts in the drawings early and propose practical, premium alternatives to the client.
3. Relationship & Project Management
- Build and nurture long-term networks with prominent local and regional architects, builders, and interior designers.
- Manage the sales cycle from the initial design consultation and site measurements through to final handover and installation.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to verify that on-site conditions match the approved production drawings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales within Luxury Furniture, Premium Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, or High-End Interior Fit-outs.
- Technical Skill: Absolute proficiency in reading 2D/3D technical drawings, floor plans, and architectural elevations. (An academic background in Interior Design or Architecture is a massive advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to pitch confidently to high-profile clients and industry professionals.
- Personality: Well-groomed, highly professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury interior styling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
