Digital Marketing Manager – Educational Institution
Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive student admissions through strategic online marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on student lead generation and admissions
- Manage paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Handle SEO and improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Optimize landing pages and website for better conversions
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and generate reports
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams
- Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Plan and promote webinars, seminars, and admission events
- Analyze competitors and market trends in the education sector
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with CRM tools and automation
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Good communication and campaign planning skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Digital marketing certifications preferred
- 3–6 years of relevant experience (education sector preferred)

Salary
- Take-home salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
