About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage the organization’s recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments and levels.
The candidate will play a critical role in identifying high-quality talent, reducing hiring turnaround time, improving candidate experience, and supporting workforce expansion initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with department heads and management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare detailed job descriptions.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies based on organizational hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Handle recruitment for multiple departments and various levels of positions simultaneously.
2. Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancy networks, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct proactive sourcing for niche and critical positions.
- Develop innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and hiring partners when required.
3. Resume Screening & Interview Coordination
- Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, technical exposure, attitude, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Schedule and manage interview calendars efficiently.
- Collect interview feedback from panel members and update hiring status accordingly.
4. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as a bridge between management, department heads, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure professional communication and timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders for smooth hiring coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
5. Offer Management & Joining Coordination
- Handle salary negotiations and compensation discussions within approved budgets.
- Prepare and release offer letters after management approval.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure smooth joining and induction process for new employees.
6. Recruitment Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-hire
- Cost-per-hire
- Offer acceptance ratio
- Position closure rate
- Source effectiveness
- Maintain recruitment-related records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
7. Employer Branding & Recruitment Initiatives
- Support employer branding activities to attract potential talent.
- Coordinate job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment drives.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and walk-in drives when required.
- Assist in improving recruitment policies, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers

Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Mandatory experience in end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience in handling multiple positions and bulk hiring
- Prior experience in educational, corporate, healthcare, service, or startup sectors will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment towards recruitment targets and timelines
- Experience in multi-location hiring will be an added advantage
