Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical(including MBBS Dr.), non-clinical, nursing, and leadership positions within the hospital. The role involves workforce planning, sourcing talent, managing recruitment teams, ensuring timely closures, maintaining employer branding, and supporting organizational growth through effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and support functions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring budgets.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and recruitment processes.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 10-12 years of talent acquisition experience(Hospital experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment and stakeholder management.
