ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a commercially driven CEO who combines strategic leadership with strong
revenue ownership.The CEO will lead WorkiFi’s overall vision, growth strategy, and operational
excellence, while directly owning revenue, enterprise sales, partnerships, and market expansion.
This role blends:
- CEO level strategic thinking
- Sales Head / CRO execution rigor
- Founder level ownership mindset
The ideal candidate is a revenue builder who can scale SaaS businesses, close enterprise deals,
build partnerships, and lead high performance team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Vision & Strategy • Define and execute WorkiFi’s 0 to 3 to 5 year strategic roadmap. • Position WorkiFi as a category leader in workplace financial wellness. • Identify new growth opportunities across enterprise, SMB, and ecosystem partnerships. • Drive AI and automation led differentiation in product positioning. 2. Revenue & Go-To-Market Ownership (Primary Focus) • Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and growth trajectory. • Personally drive strategic enterprise sales and key account closures. • Build and scale the sales organisation across enterprise and mid-market. • Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy. • Improve win rates, ACV, and sales cycle efficiency. 3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion • Build strategic partnerships with payroll platforms, HR tech providers, benefits administrators, and enterprise clients. • Negotiate high impact alliances that accelerate distribution. • Represent WorkiFi in industry forums and investor meetings. 4. Product & Market Alignment • Ensure product roadmap aligns with market demand and revenue goals. • Bring customer insights into product prioritisation. • Balance growth with security, compliance, and scalability. 5. Financial Leadership • Own P&L management and financial planning. • Drive capital efficiency while scaling revenue. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • 15+ years in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or enterprise B2B platforms. • Proven track record as: o Head of Sales / CRO scaling ARR significantly o Or Founder / CEO who built revenue from 0 to scale • Strong enterprise sales and partnership experience. • Experience managing P&L and investor relationships preferred.
