Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Junior Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Chevayoor, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
