Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, SKU mapping, and material flow.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
- Control damages, shortages, stock variances, and improve order fulfilment.
- Ensure accurate and on-time picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead warehouse supervisors and operational teams; manage manpower and shifts.
- Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, ERP/WMS processes, 5S, Lean, and Kaizen practices.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, costs, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Logistics, and Inventory teams for smooth operations.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
· MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management preferred.
Experience Requirements
· 15+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution Operations.
· Proven experience managing large warehouse teams and high-volume, multi-SKU operations.
· Preference for candidates from Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Electronics Distribution, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or large Distribution organizations.
