Field work
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows OS 11, MS Office 365, and Active Directory user management.
- Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and employees.
- Installation & Deployment: Perform OS installations, patch management, software upgrades, and new hardware setups.
- Networking & Connectivity: Diagnose LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Ticket Management: Use ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to document issues, track resolution, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
