Designation: Admission Counselor(Student Counselor)
Key Responsibilities:
- Help students understand eligibility criteria, admission process, and scholarships in the BBA- Logistics program, its career opportunities, and industry demand
- Guide students in choosing the specialzed course logistics within logistics.
- Track student inquiries and convert potential leads into enrolled students.
- Assist in reducing dropouts by ensuring a smooth admission process.
- Assist students in filling out applications and submitting required documents.
- Ensure students meet deadlines for application and enrollment.
- Verify and cross-check submitted documents for completeness.
- Conduct school/college visits, career fairs, and educational seminars to promote the program.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Work with faculty, finance, and administration teams to assist students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions.
- Prepare reports on admission trends, lead conversion rates, and outreach program success.
- Ensure admissions meet university and UGC regulations.
- Keep student information confidential and secure.
