Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter on a contract basis to support our talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
