- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently
- Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
- Assist HR and management with administrative support tasks
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Communicate effectively in Hindi (spoken and written) with staff, clients, and vendors(Mandatory)
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (English proficiency preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 2-3 years of experience is mandatory
- Candidates from Trivandrum and Immediate joiners prefered
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
