Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Social Media Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and messaging.
- Conduct basic community management—respond to comments, track messages, and engage with followers.
Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with evolving Reels trends, audio trends, editing styles, and platform updates.
- Track market updates related to NPAs, RBI guidelines, IBC developments, and other relevant legislation.
- Monitor competitor content to identify new ideas and opportunities.
- Draft engaging posts, articles, and updates around firm activities, deals, and market insights.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of posts, videos, and stories using in-platform analytics.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports focusing on reach, engagement, and growth insights.
Coordination & Support
- Assist in organizing shoots and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain and update the content calendar.
- Support larger marketing and branding initiatives as needed.
