Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain client relationships and CRM records
Coordinate with pre-sales team for site visit management
Achieve sales targets and conversion goals
Desired Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Working Details:
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work From Site Office
Weekends Working (Fri-Sun Mandatory)
