Customer Relationship Executive (Showroom)
Job Description:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the sales team.
- Follow up with leads, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain customer records and update
- Coordinate with sales, finance, insurance, and service teams.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound calls and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
ATTRACTIVE SALARY & INCENTIVE
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
