ADS Creative Space is looking for a motivated Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural drafting, building planning, 3D modeling, and visualization for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and layout drawings.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce renderings using V-Ray.
- Revise drawings based on client requirements.
- Prepare presentation sheets and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- B.Arch (Freshers may apply)
- Interior Design graduates with strong drafting skills may also apply

- Candidates from Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda, Balurghat, Raiganj, and nearby areas.
- Freshers with strong software skills and a good portfolio.
- Candidates willing to work from office in Gangarampur.
