- Good verbal and written communication skills in English. - Mandatory
- Proven expertise in menu planning and development, R&D, kitchen operations, and customer engagement.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and possessing a pleasant personality.
- Demonstrated experience in managing food and beverage operations with a minimum monthly business turnover of INR 50 lakhs.
- Prior experience working with craft beer restaurants or brewpubs will be an added advantage.
- Stable employment history with a minimum of 3–4 years of tenure in previous roles at reputed hospitality establishments.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts - Mandatory
- Cuisine preferred – Conti , Italian, IndoFusion or Multi cuisine
