Job Summary
Syscraft Technologies LLP is looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and IT security. The role involves managing user environments, endpoint security, identity access, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues while ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Environment Support
- Manage and support **Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Administer **Active Directory (user creation, GPOs, password policies)
- Handle Windows OS deployment, patching, and troubleshooting
- Support Azure AD / Entra ID identity and access management
Security & Compliance
- Implement and manage endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR, DLP)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents
- Configure MFA, conditional access policies, and identity protection
- Assist in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks
Network & Endpoint Support
- Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall basics)
- Manage and secure end-user devices (laptops/desktops)
- Support remote access and secure connectivity
Cloud & Backup Support
- Assist in managing cloud environments (Azure basics)
- Monitor and support backup solutions and data protection policies

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
