About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead end-to-end operational management while driving CSR fundraising initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless program delivery, optimizing internal processes, and supporting resource mobilization efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Operations Management
· Oversee day-to-day operations across programs, partnerships, and internal functions
· Ensure efficient execution of projects from planning to implementation and closure
· Develop and implement SOPs, operational frameworks, and performance metrics
· Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and impact
CSR Fundraising & Donor Management
· Lead CSR fundraising initiatives in collaboration with leadership
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and CSR stakeholders
· Support proposal development, budgeting, and fundraising pitches
· Ensure alignment between donor commitments and program delivery
Program Execution & Delivery
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple locations
· Ensure high-quality implementation and impact measurement
· Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution
Team Leadership
· Lead cross-functional teams including program, operations, and support staff
· Build team capacity, define KPIs, and drive performance management
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Financial & Compliance Oversight
· Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, fund utilization, and reporting
· Ensure compliance with donor requirements, CSR regulations, and statutory norms
· Oversee documentation, audits, and reporting processes
Stakeholder Coordination
· Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
· Collaborate with leadership, partners, and vendors to ensure operational alignment
· Represent the organization in meetings, reviews, and partner discussions
Key Requirements
· 10–18 years of experience in operations and CSR fundraising within NGO/development sector
· Strong understanding of CSR ecosystem and corporate partnerships
· Proven experience in managing end-to-end operations and large-scale projects
· Excellent project management and organizational skills
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to travel across India
Preferred Qualifications
· MBA / Postgraduate degree in Operations, Business Administration, or Development Studies
· Experience working with multi-location programs and large CSR grants
· Familiarity with impact measurement and reporting frameworks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
