Helpdesk Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Helpdesk Executive who will be responsible for handling client queries, managing engineer coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- Computer Diploma (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client complaints and provide proper assistance
- Manage Complaint distribution to field engineers
- Track and manage engineer movement and task updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Draft emails, letters, and basic communication
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Good communication skills (Basic English)
- Client handling ability
- Basic email & Letter writing skills
- Coordination & multitasking ability
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
