About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly motivated Sr. Executive – Content & Social Media to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both content creation and social media management, with the ability to create engaging, SEO-optimized, and brand-focused content across multiple platforms.
This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, a self-learner, and a go-getter who can independently manage content and social media activities while contributing fresh ideas to improve brand engagement and visibility.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management
- Create high-quality and engaging content for:
- Blogs
- Articles
- Website pages
- Marketing campaigns
- Creative brand communication
- Write SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Research industry trends, keywords, and audience preferences for content planning.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and content quality across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and campaign execution.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content including:
- Reels
- Posts
- Carousels
- Stories
- Captions
- Develop creative ideas and content calendars to improve audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content strategies.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Handle day-to-day social media page management and community engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in content writing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO content writing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and creative thinking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, social media scheduling tools, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools will be an added advantage.
