ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Planning & Project AccountingUnderstand the financial structure and profitability of each project, including: ◦ Joint Venture Developments ◦ Own Land Projects ◦ Villas ◦ Apartments ◦ Commercial Buildings ◦ Interior Design & Build Projects ◦ Renovation & Turnkey ProjectsMonitor project-wise budgets, cash flows, and financial performance.Maintain project-wise accounting in Tally Prime/ERP.
2. Real Estate & Sales AccountingManage accounting for property sales, registrations, and lease transactions.Coordinate TDS compliance for property transactions. Liaise with buyers, sellers, banks, legal consultants, and auditors.Ensure timely collection of customer payments and maintain receivable schedules.
3. Design & Construction FinanceUnderstand design agreements, construction contracts, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules.Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly project budgets.Process Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, labour payments, and client billing.Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to ensure financial control.Track project costs and profitability across design and construction activities.
4. Taxation & Statutory ComplianceHandle GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.Review capital gains implications and coordinate tax planning for property transactions.Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.
5. Banking & TreasuryCoordinate with banks for project finance, customer home loans, and working capital requirements.Manage bank reconciliations and fund flow.Monitor project cash flow and payment schedules.
6. Administration & PayrollProcess employee salaries and statutory deductions.Manage insurance renewals, government fees, licenses, and office administration payments.Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports for management.
7. Management ReportingPrepare monthly financial statements and project profitability reports.Monitor project budgets against actual costs.Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.Support management in business planning and cost optimization.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. 5–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, design & build, or infrastructure companies.
REQUIRED SKILLS (explicitly call out must-have and nice-to-have skills expectations)
Required Skills Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, and Design & Build Accounting. Experience in project costing, budgeting, and financial analysis. Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. Experience in contract accounting and project billing. Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,304.76 - ₹45,488.11 per month
