Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled NetScout Engineer to support and enhance enterprise NetScout environments. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance across Voice, Video, WiFi, and data networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for NetScout application (minimum 3+ years experience preferred)
- Manage and maintain NetScout environment and its components
- Monitor and analyze network traffic (Voice, Video, WiFi, and Network)
- Create and maintain dashboards for various business verticals
- Train and mentor engineers on NetScout tools and processes
- Plan and manage software upgrades and enhancements
- Recommend improvements for performance and system efficiency
- Onboard new services and business verticals into NetScout
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with NetScout tools (nGenius preferred)
- Strong understanding of network monitoring and traffic analysis
- Experience in dashboard creation and reporting
- Knowledge of network equipment and infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in telecom or enterprise network environments
- Exposure to NOC operations and monitoring tools
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
