· Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
· Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
· Introduce various product offerings to customers and influence their buying decision.
· Drives sales through engagement of customers and suggestive selling by building customer confidence.
· Provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) and ensure customer satisfaction in each sale.
· Negotiate/close deals, understand & handle queries and complaints of the customer and address with the right solution.
· Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
· Assist the customer when there is sales return.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Manager.
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
· Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction.
· Processes payments by totalling purchases and billing.
