- Develop training programs and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Evaluate sales team performance to ensure training effectiveness
- Identify individual and team training needs via job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
- Review sales team’s calls and sales visits to provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Organize and lead training sessions on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop strategies to address sales team’s weaknesses and reinforce their strengths
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
- Track and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
