We are hiring an experienced Project Management Consultant to manage premium modular kitchen projects from order confirmation to final handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage modular kitchen projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, installation planning, and progress reviews.
- Ensure production readiness and timely material availability.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resolve site and installation-related issues efficiently.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in modular kitchens, cabinetry, interior fit-outs, or furniture project management.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen manufacturing and installation processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
