Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely hiring as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening and follow-ups with candidates
- Manage job postings on various platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in salary discussions and offer letter coordination
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
