We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team at Diamia Business Directory Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate business data in our directory database and internal systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update business information in the company database.
- Verify data accuracy before entering it into the system.
- Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
- Review and correct data errors or missing information.
- Update existing listings in the business directory platform.
- Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect or verify information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.
Required Skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
