Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in print, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality visual designs across both offline (print) and online (digital) platforms.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent conceptual skills, and the ability to translate business and client requirements into compelling visual solutions. You will be responsible for leading design execution across branding, marketing collaterals, websites, and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and superior quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and execute high quality visual content for both digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging and brand aligned designs for websites, landing pages, UI elements, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Design a wide range of print and branding materials including logos, brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, hoardings, standees, ID cards, labels, stickers, and other promotional collaterals.
- Translate creative briefs and client requirements into impactful visual concepts that meet business and branding objectives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital, print, and marketing materials.
- Prepare print ready files and ensure all designs meet technical and production specifications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, content, development, and production teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality output and timely production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Review and refine designs based on internal feedback and client inputs to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Maintain organized design assets and documentation for ongoing and future projects.
Requirements
· Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in print, branding, digital agencies, or creative environments, with prior experience in printing presses, advertising agencies, or branding firms preferred.
· Strong portfolio showcasing print designs, branding projects, and digital assets, and experience managing multiple clients or industries simultaneously.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o CorelDRAW (for print/flex designs)
o Adobe InDesign (for brochures and catalogues)
o Adobe XD / Figma (for web and UI design)
· Solid understanding of print production processes, color calibration, and material specifications, responsive design, and UI/UX principles.
· Excellent attention to detail, typography, and visual balance.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
· Familiarity with branding strategies, marketing principles, and multi-channel campaigns, and web development workflows for collaboration with developers.
· Hands‑on experience with motion graphics or video editing is preferable.
· Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and time-management skills, with the ability to lead a design team, guide projects, and mentor junior designers.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
