We are seeking a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. This role focuses on the design, simulation, and development of power electronic converters and control systems. It is ideal for professionals who are passionate about power electronics and eager to gain hands-on experience through live projects.
Support the design and analysis of power electronic converters
Assist in the development and testing of closed-loop control systems
Perform simulations using industry-standard tools
Participate in hardware assembly, testing, and debugging activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development initiatives
Document design outcomes, test results, and technical reports
8–10 years of relevant experience in power electronics
Strong understanding of power converter topologies and control techniques
Proficiency with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTSpice, or equivalent
Hands-on exposure to hardware build-up and laboratory testing
Interest in developing and implementing closed-loop control systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with a self-driven and continuous learning mindset
Exposure to embedded programming in C/C++
Familiarity with DSP controllers, particularly TI C2000 series
Understanding of real-time control implementation
