Job Description – Front Office Guest Relations Executive cum Receptionist
The Front Office Guest Relations Executive cum Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all guests while ensuring smooth front office operations. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, telephone calls, billing, and guest inquiries, while delivering exceptional customer service. The executive is expected to build strong relationships with guests, handle complaints courteously, coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments, maintain accurate records, and ensure the reception area is always organized and presentable.
The executive shall also support room and banquet sales by promoting hotel services, upselling rooms and packages, following up on guest inquiries, and assisting with bookings. She is expected to maintain a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude at all times while ensuring confidentiality of guest information and contributing to high guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hotel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
