Social Media Management
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive brand communication.
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative assets.
- Promote company events, services, products, and achievements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
Brand Building
- Increase followers, engagement, and reach across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, social media tools, and competitor activities.
- Ensure brand consistency in all social media communications.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Understanding of social media advertising and boosting campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
