Job Objective:
To ensure achievement sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives at the dealer level; build consumer & influencer connect and gather competitive intelligence data from the field.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the geography-wise sales plans of from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same through appropriate conversion of leads
- Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers.
- Monitors inventory/ stock at Dealers’ outlets to maintain optimum stock and avoid stock-out
- Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers.
- Manages dealers with respect to outstanding , settlement of quality / delivery complaints.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Must be 12th pass/Graduate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
